Yes, I know about RIBA. It was your use of the abbreviation IFC that had me baffled, but someone else has cleared that up: Industry Foundation Classes. I still have no idea what is meant by this term, though. If it has to do with foundation design, it's a term that has never come up in my daily work here in the U.S. Maybe you could clarify what is meant by this term?
