Yes, I know about the IRA - and who financed them. The whole of Britain was aware that US citizens were cheerfully financing the blowing apart of British children. (If you don't know about Noraid and all the other organisations, check it out for yourself). So be careful about preaching about terrorism to anybody British.

As for being "naive" both British and US intelligence services have repeated again and again that there was no connection between Iraq and 9.11. The anthrax attack that killed US citizens came from Fort Detrick in Maryland - check the FBI records, don't take my word for it. While you are at it, check their records on the first attack on the WTC and it will make you feel truly nervous.

Nobody is against disarming Saddam, but since (according to George Tenet) they pose no current threat at all, why not do it via the inspectors ?

To quote Madeleine Albright when she was asked for her view - as US Ambassador to the UN - on the half a million Iraqi children dead because of the sanctions, she replied "acceptable". Not to me Gary.

Your country is not going to war. It is an unprovoked attack.

Has your country even bothered to have a full investigation of the greatest crime ever on US soil, 9.11 ? or did you just give up when Kissinger was found to be too tainted ?

You should take note of the FBI's decsription of the US government official responsible for the anthrax attacks: they described it as "misplaced patriotism".

So you don't have to believe me - take a look at what the CIA and the FBI are saying.
