Message - Relationship between Fallingwater and Sukiya style

There are some opinions saying that the Fallingwater was derived from the Sukiya style from Japan; especially on the floor plan and the slabs that being used - either it is in vertical or horizontal form. This is strengthen by the facts (or speculation?) that one of Wright's wife was from Japan. Anybody can give a respond on this? Or are there some recommended sites for me to know whether is it true that these 2 entity do have the relationship....
