Since the Government has declared itself out of the Housing Business
and the private sector will not because the profits would be too low
for them,we now have 40 million minimum wage earners without affordabl
e Housing,,doubled and tripled up in shoddily built slums or living in
cars or on the porches of what used to be houses, but are now
businesses open during the day and closed all night so that poor folks
can sleep out of the rain..I think it is a nightmarish scenario that
the Richest country in the world acts like it is too poor to house all
of our people..So,my question is,what kind of housing would you build
for people who can afford perhaps$300 a month rent??.it can be done.
