No, it can't be done, because if there had been a way to turn a buck out of it the greatest capitalist economy on the earth would have done so. While it provides the average American with access to resources undreamt of in the Third World it also creates its own internal Third World.

It's not the rights of individuals and families, it's not architecture, it's land values and financing and it's simply the wrong political and economic system. And it's getting more wrong by the day.
