Quite right you are,but i persist in the hope for Regime Change in the
USA...I think that the first mistake is to let the Banks and other
Financial finaglers in on Housing,the Government allowed huge profits
to be made by the Banks for those big ugly warehouses...Ideally you
would think that Charitable Foundations would be the best avenue of
housing poor people since they must;by law,spend at least 5% of their
total capital per year,but alas,after much research i have not found
even one foundation which has a desire to house people,they want to
spend money on studies and seminars,but they seem to have never met
any poor people and so do not know who they are or what they need..
