Thats a tract home where they have taken bulldozers and leveled and
shaped the earth and built roads and put in infastructure and still
make a nice big profit on each home...I'm doing a scattered site,on
the busroute, where the infastructure is already in place,on an average
lot,,,and i have saved money by not having each room plumbed, but by
having the showers and toilets at the ends of the halls, plus a deep
sink and a washer/dryer,i'm thinking three or four bathrooms with
urinals and a shared w/d on the ground floor,,also, its all rooms and
halls, the only community space is the front and back porches which are
built top and bottom and extra wide and an overhanging ample roof..
