Kristina, to answer that question it takes a bit of wisdom and intuition. are you currently a student in architecture? Your choices of schools, depends on what you are looking for out of a school. character traits, design concepts. i have seen the students of Pratt because i live in NY, and im not all that impressed. this is supposed to be a well organized institution. Not to point out the negative, but its not the amount of money you spend but how bad do you want it. the economy should not dictate your desire to find a place to be useful in society. at least thats how i feel. Choose a place where you will be happy, perhaps close to home or a part of the country you always wanted to be. thus creating the necessary chemicals for creativity.good luck.
