To me, a good caring & conscientious architect would do all that he can to save & preserve any trees on the site (client's property). Much like how Frank Lloyd Wright had a big old cottonwood tree in his home in Oak Park, IL. Old FLLW would build with & around nature - NOT DESTROY IT. Thus, achieving good organic principles & practices.

Where can I get a bumper sticker that reads...BUILD WITH NATURE, NOT AGAINST IT.
