Lots of information can be found about Chinese architecture in the super-thick "The History of Architecture" book by Fletcher. It has lots and lots of info about history of China in general and the architecture that followed with it, and the theoretical and structural elements of classical Chinese architecture.
If you think that is not enough, check the "Dictionary of Arts" Enyclopedia somewhere in your libraries. I bet it should have more than 200 pages regarding Chinese architecture alone.
There are sites about Chinse architecture in the Internet, but their contents are very basic (though nice pictures). I tried that in our project in Chiense architecture.
