are you referring to univ. in singapore or the states? as far as i know, the situation in the u.s. is like this. you cannot just switch from engineering to architecture since their courses are totally unrelated. i couldn't switch from architectural engieering to architecture, let alone double e. the other thing is i'm not sure if you are concerned with your income in the future, it wouldn't be practical if you switch to architecture since a double e college graduate will earn as much as, if not more than, someone with a master of architecture degree. think about it. your situation is similar to mine, i have b.s. degrees in civil and arch. engineering, but i'm going to architecture school this fall. it's what i love to do, however, from the money standpoint, it just doesn't make sense.
