Hannover, Germany - March 24, 2003
Samsung Electronics represented Print Audit Inc. at the CeBIT technology trade show from March 18 to 24 in Hannover. CeBIT has been called the world’s largest technology trade show.
Samsung dedicated space in its booth to Print Audit, demonstrating the electronics giant’s commitment to the Canadian print management company. Samsung joins the growing list of significant Print Audit resellers that includes Xerox, Toshiba, Oki, Panasonic and Ricoh.
"It was fantastic exposure to over 560,000 visitors," said John MacInnes, President and CEO of Print Audit. "We continue to see monthly growth in the number of businesses opting for the ease of use and comprehensiveness of the Print Audit solution. Exposure through leading companies such as Samsung is helping to establish Print Audit as the standard for analyzing, reducing and recovering business printing costs."
"And it’s helping these companies analyze their clients’ print network activity and make hardware and software recommendations."
Samsung and other major resellers market the Print Audit solution to their own customers, sometimes (as in Samsung’s case) under their own brand name. As a consequence these companies significantly extend the distribution of Print Audit solutions to a worldwide customer base.
CeBIT is a comprehensive ICT trade show focused on software, services, IT equipment, banking technology, IT security, networks and telecommunications. This year’s edition featured 6,526 exhibitors. CeBIT reports that exhibitors received ten percent more orders compared to the previous year. (Further details available at CeBIT website).
Print Audit Inc. has been developing print tracking and auditing software since 1998 and its products are in use around the world. Print Audit products enable companies to analyze, reduce and recover printing volumes and costs. The market for Print Audit software continues to grow as many diverse organizations realize the value of controlling printing expenditures.
