The Ad generally comes out inthe National Dailies in India ...

There are many deptt. which offer M. Arch there .. most of them require/prefer that you have a good GATE score ..(hopefully, you have taken this last Nov.)

One way is to land up there ..and get the info on admission from the office which is located in the School (opposite the Vikas Minar - DDA HQ at New Delhi)... if you are not in Delhi, you might ask a friend to collect it ....

Another option is that whichever city you go to in India, it is unlikely that you would not find a SPA postgrad ...check the CPWD, PWD, or the Regional Planning Deptts. there ... ask around, if these people are from relatively newer batches they might be able to give you a good oidea about PostGrad in SPA.
