long way to go Justin!!!
Anyway you can't put Asia in one package. The far east is so much developed, they're raising a building every hour and have so many skilled architects and construction workers.
If you're speaking about central Asia or the middle east, well there you might find what you're looking for, but there are countries where there aren't the means of constructing the kinds of modern building you might think of, a foreigner might get a good job easily thiugh!!!!
good luck
