What are appropriate architect's fees for designing home additions? Sunrooms? Redesign of entire gutted out interiors? How does one figure out the fees? On a per square foot basis? Hourly rates? Amount of dwgs? Services rendered?
What is average and FAIR pricing?
I appreciate any responses as quickly as they can come.
