Meyer worked 10 years in Mexico but he didint actually built anything. Cetto's influence is difficult to asses. Candela influence is the most evident and succesful althuogh he left Mexico disappointed. He was not an architect in any case. Vladimir Kaspe's is the most succesful architectural migration I think. Zabludovsky, who just died cannot be considrered a foreigner. He was Mexican.
