The very fact that you are being able to think about it and analyze it, denies the possibility of your professors crippling your thought process.

Architecture is not learnt from professors. It is learnt from anything and anybody you wish to learn from; the river, the wind, actors, your friends, street bums .......

My architecture "school" has always extended beyond the four walls of the classroom or studio and into the streets, the places I visited, the people I met, the books I read, and the experiences I had. And when you widen your sense of "Architecture School" into this, your design and work will reflect all of it and not just what the professor told you.

Architecture is never taught ....... but it is always learnt.
