But that's why it's such fun. The cautious, like myself, are careful what we say but those with little or no sense of self-criticism, let alone self-awareness, let fly with the most unbelievable dross. The web is like life, for some, it is life; consequently it's going to reflect wisdom and stupidity in the same measure as we encounter in our daily face to face transactions.

If one considers the current traffic in spam (presently I receive spam at a rate of 10 to 1 to legitimate e-mails) and the percentage of that which contains pornography or cupidity, then one can perhaps be a mite tolerant of the simple laziness or plain daftness expressed here. If you want to make a fool of yourself in public, the web is an ideal arena.
