Why nobody follows Foster solutions?

We have seen from HSBC and Willis Faber and Dumas all those solutions Norman Foster has made to improve working conditions inside office buildings? Many architectural critics and intellects praise Foster's innovative approach towards these dilemmas.
But why is it, 15 years since Willis Faber, you hardly heard architects do the same thing as Foster does.
