I am doing research on features of modern homes which might be considered'an attractive period feature' in about 150 years. As in the Victorian ceiling roses and the Georgian staircases.
If you think homes might be sold because they have 'beautifl decking'!! I'd be surprised but charmed and defend your right to say it!
It would be so interesting t6o hear what some of you architects think. Thank you, and I look forward to your comments. Rosalie Macrae Miles
