I'm sure that others have already e-mailed this advice to you, but it is good to repeat it here for the library-use-impaired:
Any school or public library has access to the Union List of Serials (magazines and newspapers) by which they can tell you what library has what publication for what years. In some cases, they can request the article of interest be photocopied and sent to you. Sometimes such articles are on-line already, and there are various services available though your library which can locate them for you.
Finally, there is always www.UMI.com (University Microforms, Inc.) which will sell a photocopy off film of any issue in question -- for a stiff fee! If you are desperate for a copy, they are sometimes the only remaining source.
