I read something here a while back about architects receiving royalties on the design of a building each time it sells or rents. Why is it that they recieve a 1 time fee for there work, while real estate agents make profit after profit at each point of sale. If the drawings are copyrighted shouldnt the design be? I know this may be an unrealistic fantasy, but it begs further investigation.
