I agree with Jim whem he says that the future is not going to be the same as the past - collective groups would be remebered for certain works rather than certain individuals.

But people will be remembered because buildings outlive their creators and continue to service beyond their time and intended functions. Also, as Hani puts it architecture is all around whether we adore or abhorr it!
