final year archi, melb uni. Melbourne's a great place to live in, especially for an archi student. melb uni's approach tends to be the "give you the barest basics and let you learn the hard way" one. at least it's been that way for me over the last 4.5 years. you can get away with a certain amount of work (not that it's not rigorous!!), but you have to be very dedicated if you want to shine.
