The memorial anyway will be one level, then solving the trafic problems, leading a strait road thru a tunnel, being a platform within a space where one corner offer a concert hall , and the other 10 meter under, be the place to ask a contest.
The projecting of the Subway will be as important as the memorial ,and those demands must meet a realistic aproach , as then you don't design somthing anyone will say don't work. Where on the other hand when it work, the memorial need only one level , but when the whole thing must point to an ansver, this ansver must point in the right direction , the city simply must be able to re occupy the site and make it a thing for the living not for the dead.
Now with the first competition there was no way to participate, and with the second there is no way to participate, ----- why are we even discussing these issues, why point to a solution that show a trust in future and new jobs, when it all is just a dream.
