We are rescuing them from an industry that treats them as commodities. People who have nothing better to do with their money than bet it on poor animals who will be knocked over their head and killed if they dont win (1st to 4th place) in their first several (4-5 races) races. We have two retired racing greyhounds and they have rescued us in many ways. I am not an architect but considering the profession, so I am surprised and happy that some consider them the pets of choice. Plus, you arent supporting the indscriminate breeding of animals just to be put down, because there arent enough homes for them
