The deck will essentially be free floating on the membrane, supported by tapered purlins in the direction of slope. Water must be allowed to freely drain off the roof, and somewhere some sort of clip may be needed on the roof to prevent the assemply from sliding. In commercial installations, I have seen such decks carried by beams on steel posts that are flashed into the roof, but this elevates the deck up from the roof considerably. One would have to drop the structure elevation below the deck accordingly.
