As the fifth largest city, and now with Comcast Corp.
searching for a site for a new office tower. Can
Philadelphia build a 1,000-foot plus building?

Our City has plenty of lots(sites) that can
accomidate such a structure. And some say it
would happen in a Mixed-Use form.

There are two designs with the most recent:
a 75-story 1,050 ft tall Mixed-Use Project
designed by Kling architects called Center City
Tower or City Center 1. The Previous design was
The World Trade Center Philadelphia Tower, at 59
stories 1,000 ft tall in 1988.

Are there any other designs for a possible structure
of that size for Philadelphia and where can I find

Thanks Andrew
