Don't flatter yourself, I'd rather doubt it, because I dont even see a hint of this being monetarily or structurally economical. You try to justify in the vaguest of terms, Besides, there are more efficient means of building in existence. I hope to never see something like that built, because you sir, are no Calatrava.
