I think that the orginal poster needs to broaden her horizons a bit. Are you interested in architecture, or just interested in architecture at Harvard? its ok to really want to go to a certain school, but it is naive to pin all of your hopes on one super selective school. Everyone has more than one school that they can fit in at, and if you think that it is GSD or nothing, you aren't doing enough of the right research. Harvard is a cool place, but the program isn't all that different from other top schools. You should look into those programs that a previous poster listed and apply to a few of those as well. The 'design' oriented ones really aren't all that different.
