Teher are a few nice tricks you shuld read up.
Now it's years sin I dealed with these issues, but for one there is an optuon of stating blockanme-a = blockname-b ; this mean that if you habe two blocka a a simple box, and b a complicated 3D object, you can sketchlike draw by placing block a, the simple one, and when all block a placed, you can generaly replace all with one instruction.
-------- You need to read the manual about this feature ,but it's a simple command easy to learn.
Beside you shuld read about extrenal referances, ------ these bind external drawings to symbols, so your drawing will be smaller, and like blocks, you can change the external referance without opening the drawing and edit each block.
Sorry if there are a few small details wrong in what I describe, but when using these functions, you shuld spend that hour it take, to read up about the functions you will be using, then you will proberly also se other options that will come in handy.
