Ana... Security settings are usually set by the user to protect the document from alteration, duplication or unauthorized printing. Did you create this PDF yourself? If so, you should be able to go into acrobat and alter the security settings to allow these kinds of functions. If not, then whoever created the file will either have to change the settings and provide you with a new file or provide you with a password to do so yourself. Good luck.
