Need help locating a FLLWright quote

In Hillside, the school building on the Wright's Taliesin Estate in Spring Green, Wisconsin, there is a placard initialed by FLLW that begins, "What we need now in architecture is a philosophy, not an aesthetic." I'm assuming that Wright wrote that, but would anyone know if this quote shows up in any of his published works, and, if so, where you could locate this quote in his collected writings?
