Message - Art Deco (Window and Storefront Details)

We have recently been contracted to restore a 1930's art deco building. Given this is a historic restoration I'd like for the detailing to be correct even if it is not original. Most of what we've seen is metal casements and images so distant we cannot deduce what they really are. Any help?
