where you from daniel?
it all depends every country or states have its own method of conducting an exam, it can be one where you will have to sit for a written exam where you will have to explain yourself given a certain situation, or answer a fill in the blank q or choose the right answer from choices a b or c or will solve a design problem under a set of time condition or solve math problems for your structure or answer methods and history q.. or it can be sitting or standing in front of a panel and answering questions related to architectural practices and codes or laws or standards...it!!! can even be on a certain engineering and construction situation which test you on your knowledge, and how you will react and act under the situation..
believe me, the answer to this will only come from within you.
