When the Phase 1 restriction on communication of memorial design proposals is lifted, you will see many many people opening up to express their interpretations of the event and its placement in history. There were 13,500 persons who initially registered to participate in the design competition, and 5,200 who submitted. Get ready for the tidal wave of expression, by professionals and wanna-be's alike, as they share their efforts to the world. I am but a mere wanna-be, yet one who has the special skills and tools to communicate effectively in this medium. I can take the critique from 'whoever you are', because I know my motives, as with the 5199 others in this contest, are profoundly sincere and without avarice.
