In the end, the bus ramps are off the footprints, there is no shopping mall nor carpark over the south-west quadrant, and consensus seems to be developing on all underground/aboveground elements. The only remaining issue, according to reports this month, appears to be a proposal to add a 5th or 6th rail to the PATH station that would further and very significantly encroach on both footprints.
