I am a student that got involved in trying to house thousands of overseas workers coming to manila (philippines) in search of jobs abroad. An average of 25,000 at any one point come from provinces and live in the park, under bridges, old building. At first housed them in shelters like baracks, but sickness spreads among tenants. trying to move towards capsule or flop houses to separate tenants as OFW ( overseas foreign workers) are high risk bringers of infectious diseases. Any body have ideas? econmoical and built locally. I heard of a Japanese architect named Shigeru Ban who made fire resistant capsule living quarters that peice together like lego. Very important if one can link me to a solution. My dorms have beds for 1500, but have served
