Look in any recent years publication of AR or PA , et al and view numerous examples as designers of Post Urbanism have combined laser-like fractal geometric forms that make exciting images in plan (or in the computer screen), such as the work of Daniel Libeskind, but it typically is over-scaled, has no relationship to its context and empty at the street level. The WTC Proposal by Libeskind is the most recent project of this type that I can refer you to....thats it in a nutshell.
