As a small child, I met Foster Rhodes Jackson and visited his home, when he lived in Chino, CA . He designed a house for my mom and dad over 50 years ago.
If you have not found anyone to help you yet, you may want to contact the architect departments at Cal Poly, Pomona, and Mt.San Antonio Community College, Walnut. They are well aquainted with his work and may be able to help you find someone.
