Join the crowd. The only thing you can do is look for another job. Always look for more pay and better working conditions and better work. You are probably frustrated because you found that maybe architecture was not cracked up to be what you thought it was going to be. You need to seriously keep looking and tell your prospective employer that you really want to learn and work hard. Your going through what everyone else has done. Now that I have 15 years of experience and over 10 firms later, I realized that there is no magic solution but to get out the resume and knock on every door. You may have to even move to get the experience. But if architecture is what you want....welcome to the terror dome!
