Contrary to bad cable shows everywhere, there is nothing wrong with being paid for providing a professional service; especially design, which is generally underpaid. Working on this project (in any capacity) is NOT blood money. Would you have the recovery workers return their salaries as firemen or policemen? DO NOT CONFUSE THOSE THAT REGENERATE WITH THOSE THAT DESTROY. There is no way that the outpouring of effort that went into the 5,200 submissions will EVER be repaid in billable hours.
