I just found this website today and am not sure I am posting this message on the correct forum, but here it goes.

I have a Masters of Historic Preservation from the University of Georgia and now work as the Certified Local Government Coordinator for the Tennessee Historical Commission. During my time at UGA I was a memeber of the Students for New Urbanism, participated in four (4) design charettes, heard and meet Andres Duany and James Kunstler. All of these experiences have made me consider obtaining a second Masters degree in Urban Planning and/or Urban Design. I have recently began taking Urban Design 101 at the Nashville Civic Design Center and it is really making me focus on Urban Design and my interest in urban development and redevelopment within historic areas.

I have a great deal of information from numerous schools but I am looking for any advice that I can get on which schools offer the best opportunities, either a Masters of Planning with a concentration in Urban Design or a Masters of Urban Design.

I thank anyone how can provide me assistance.
