Cardboard factories can make cardboard any thickness and coat it with
all sorts of things,,and they will customize to each customer,,so if
you use the same outer coating as the vegetable boxes i've seen in a
thickness of 1-2 inches depending on how cold it gets at night..they
will make as many as you need of a size something like,say 8'x4'x4'..
with a slightly less than level top so as to let the rain roll off..
sort of a slight shed roof when unfolded,,they could be setup each
night as the cities close down after 6pm,,in Parking spaces preferably
in parking Garages in the individual parking spaces,,then folded and
stored at 8am before the commuters come back to the cities..
