well for me that building should be reflecting our era but also be timeless like a classic ....any ways my opinion is the the Experience Music Project, by Frank Gehry, at Seattle, Washington, 1999 to 2000.

becos it has technology all over it....and it truly reflects this IT genration with info highways and cool gadgets we carry around and cant live w/o

and this building looks like "music" live brought to by technology courtesy gehry
