It sounds like you are a contractor not a developer, and looking for a lower material cost for a higher profit margin by wrapping up your modular packaged units with standardized panels using conventional materials?

If we all resort to modularity in "architectural design for the next generation", maybe steel trash dumpsters on wheels would be more economical, mobile and less work for the "new generation" architect?

By using the word architectureproject in your web page is misleading, false advertisement and could possibly be an infringement of the ethics of the AIA as it has nothing to do with architecture.
