johannes duiker - nirwana apartments

i'm a student doing an analysis of housing typologies including duiker's nirwana apartments in The Netherlands. i have some information on the apartments themselves but i'm interested but duikers overall strategy for the area (that never fully went ahead), as well as examples of contemporary criticism of the development. so any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated, whether it's books, websites or personal opinion.
