Start with your own company cad files and use as many acceptable and "workable" common details that they use. After that you can access most any of the suppliers of building materials web sites or mail in cad files to select from. It is a building upon process that will be useful in the future as a reference for your or working colleagues project use.
Always make sure to create your library in the CAD acceptable graphic of your company as you are using it today.
