Not sure what your whole context is, but contact senior citizens organizations and facilities, and see what programs and activities they have or suggest. In the main, you are looking for milder activities, from golf and jogging, to speed-walking, walking trials, to indooor games [cards, travel logs, mild exercise for impaired persons], swimming, etc.
