Try to locate a copy of the AIA's Handbook of Professional Practice. It contains samples of all of their forms. You might find one in the local library [if it is a larger one], and in another's architect's office, or in a architectural school library. Also, you might try a local AIA chapter-- the office may allow "samples". In any event watch the copyright business-- the AIA is "ouchy" about that. Lastly, look at architectural books on specs, contract documents, contract administration, working drawings, etc. Last resort try!
